The extremely powerful Mobile Grand Ventilator MGV L125 FII Task was mounted on a Ford Transit chassis with 3,5t GVW. The construction and complete body work was done in our company.
The operational area of the Mobile Grand Ventilator will be a county; therefore the chosen solution was a light-truck to be faster and more flexible.
The Mobile Grand Ventilator MGV L125 FII Task with its effective air output up to 1.000.000 m³/h is equipped with a lift-rotation-tilt-device (0,6 m lift, +/-20° tilt and +/- 100° rotation) for an optimal adjustment of the ventilator independent of the chassis. The integrated water mist system allows extremely fine water mist up to 80 m with 280 l/min at 7 bar.
The appliance has a high performance LED flashing lights on the roof, the front and the rear. The robust aluminum body is equipped with an automatic internal and external LED lighting. The rolling shutters allow the maximum storage capability.
The compartments are equipped with an extended ventilation hose system with 5 x 6m ventilation hoses and two adapters for pressure or suction mode. In addition there is a drawer with a portable fan and a BIG canopy for air deviation.
The truck is equipped with digital radio communication in combination with a satellite navigation system. In a case of emergency the navigation system is automatically programmed.
